Ingredients:
Pork chop
Soy Sauce
Lemon/Calamansi
Onions
Water (if necessary)
How To:
Cook the Pork chops until golden brown or when cooked. Cook two minutes after to darken.
Slice onions in rings.
Add Soy Sauce
Add lemon/calamansi – The amount of lemon/calamansi will depends on your taste.
Increase heat.
Add onions.
Some will prefer more ‘soup’ and more onions. These will depends on you. If you want more onions, feel free to add more. If you want to add soy sauce, go ahead. If your ‘soup’ is too strong, add water until desired taste. If you want more lemony taste, add more lemon.
I prefer to use pork chop instead of beefsteak. You may use beefsteak too. If you want to use beefsteak, I suggest boiling the beefsteak in water until it’s soft. Once soft, replace pork chop with beefsteak.
